The Original Adit CookBook Pages with new entries

We thought about killing off the Adit CookBook but a check on our web page hits convinced us that there were still some valuable resources here. So, rather than kill it off we are keeping it up to date by adding some new entries. There are so many good on line code resources these days that we are only featuring things that seem to have been overlooked elsewhere.
