• We are primarily software developers not salesmen. The cost of sales is a significant proportion of normal project costs - after all, someone has to pay the costs for all of the potential contracts your software company did get.
• If you contact us for a Fast Track quotation we will give you as accurate an estimate as your specification allows and a complete guide as to how any outstanding issues can be resolved.
• If you are minded to proceed at the price indicated then we carry out a short but intensive fact gathering exercise to fix the content and scope of the project. At this stage we will be able to offer a fixed price to complete.

Meetings

• We use the telephone, email, fax and the Internet to gather information from you and to discuss options with you. These forms of communication work just as well for Software projects as for other business processes.
• We keep you and your key personnel informed of progress with regular reports, sample output and working demonstrations of key screens at every stage.
• Overall we avoid spending time in transit between our working location and yours.
• You may need us on site when the system comes to be implemented but then we can always spend our time profitably on training your personnel and helping with the installation process.
• The only “must do” meetings are the ones with your Customers if we are working on supply chain or customer facing systems.
